Project Detail

Located in Hervey Bay, Boat Harbour Place incorporated the refurbishment of an existing shopping complex and the addition of new tenancies and car spaces.

A total of 500m2 of new retail space and 62 car spaces were added to the complex. Comprising modern industrial design including 4 large galvanized steel feature blades and awning structure, the refurbished Boat Harbour Place is now a prominent building in the Hervey Bay region.

All tenancies within the complex remained open during construction including a drive through fast-food restaurant. PBS implemented a detailed safety plan for public access throughout the construction period.

The project was completed 4 weeks ahead of schedule and incorporated extensive glazing and rendered block work.
