The NSW team was contracted in November 2011 to complete Rochford place Stage 7 for Lend Lease Prime Life and over the past three years has completed an additional four stages and has continued to impress and exceed the Clients expectations.
The client has been satisfied with the quality of the projects delivered to date and has awarded PBS the next two stages (12 & 13) consisting of 21 units. At the completion of Stages 12 & 13 PBS will have built over 80 Independent Living units catering for over 55’s.
The Rochford place retirement village is located in the thriving Ropes Crossing community in Sydney’s west and is the
latest development for retirement living. The community consists of one, two and three bedroom villas with a smart
modern feel ensuring they accommodate to the needs of the residents. The Village boasts a number of amenities and
services including; a pool, theatre room, sewing room and resort style clubhouse.
Throughout the five stages PBS has adopted a unique approach to the construction of these units. The entire roof is
constructed on the ground and then using a crane it is lifted into place on top of the wall frames of the unit, this has reduced the risk of falls from height significantly.
