Located in St Patrick’s Estate, Manly on Sydney’s northern beaches, Montpelier Place showcases an exclusive series of multi-million dollar architect designed homes.

The 2-storey residences were designed by some of Australia’s most acclaimed architects including Popov, Tanner and Tzannes.

All residences feature 4 bedrooms and luxury finishes with some residences incorporating internal lifts and private pools.

The Design and Construct on this project required a high level of attention to detail across all aspects including
physical constraints such as building on a steep incline within a sensitive ecosystem, positioning the residences within natural rock formations and ensuring quality finishes to deliver the design elements.
