Hervey Bay RSL
PBS Building have commenced work on the Hervey Bay RSL refurbishment project whcih comprises of 12 separate stages of works.
The refurbishment work will feature a new dining deck, state of the art kids club, foyer and bottle shop. The scope of work comprises a 300m2 extension to the existing dining area located 5.5 metres to floor level above existing car parking. With the exception of this dining extension and the entry facade upgrade, the majority of the works are being completed inside a fully operational club.
Towards the end of April the completion of the upper level Anzac Bar and Frasers Bar, with cladding and fit off being close to completion of the Deck extensions.
The RSL Project has been recently busy welcoming new and exsiting members to the recently completed Bistro aread and new reception.
The next stage to be opened will be the new Bottleshop this month, which will be followed closely by the new entry and finally the upper level extension, kids room and dining area.
PBS has been given a number of variations to design as the client has been more then impressed with the new open space feel and has even added additional works to the original contract scope.
