Located in Brisbane CBD , Central Village Development is one of the most centrally located developments in Fortitude Valley.

Central Village will be set on 12,854 sqm located on the corner of Brunswick & Water Street in Fortitude Valley & comprising of 6 Towers creating approximately 1000 Apartments plus retail & commerical buildings being constructed over a 5 year period. The existing heritage buildings on the site will be incorporated into the project and utilized as common facilities for all residents, more than 50% of the site will also be devoted to green community space.

Stage 3 – Canterbury Tower is a 23 level tower consisting of 209 studio, one and two bedroom apartments with 1 level of basement carparking & communal beach pool for residences.

Works on site commenced September 2014 with a scheduled completion date of February 2016.
